The Village Veterinary Hospital

Dr. Innes and his entire team were unbelievably kind to us. We were visiting from out of town with our beloved 13 year old Dachshund, Chili. She had been sick for a while. She took a terrible turn for the worst while visiting for the Holiday and needed to be "put to sleep". Dr. Innes squeezed us in at the end of his day (New Years Eve) and was able to put our little girl to rest. As soon as we walked into the office, we felt we had been going to this office forever. DR. Innes and his team were very sympathetic and caring. They made a HORRIBLE procedure, bearable. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office for any of your pet needs. They care!!!

So far all my calls, requests, questions, & needs have been met, & answered! I'm still pretty new at 5 months staff are fantastic, always there to answer, respond, make things clear about treatments. Dr. Innes personally took time to see Jack on short notice after his 1st vax & overall check. I appreciated that! I was able to come by & it made me real comfortable with my breed, things to be aware of, watch for & took time to answer important questions as well, I'm really happy with the entire hospital staff.

This is the best place to take your furry babies!! The doctor and staff are not only extremely friendly and knowledgeable; they’re also wonderful at putting you to ease under stressful situations. They are very communicative about each step during my visits. I love the Village Veterinary hospital !!!

I wish I’d discovered this exceptional veterinary practice years ago, better late than never! Dr. Innes is an outstanding veterinarian who goes above and beyond. He takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures clearly and compassionately and follows up with phone calls to check on his patients’ progress. My dog has a bit of arthritis, so he even helped to lift her into the car after a few appointments. The entire staff, from the welcoming, friendly front office team to the veterinary technicians, are warm, professional, and genuinely caring toward both animals and their owners.

The sad day came when my family had to put our loving dog to sleep. We were previously long time customers of another corporate local vet. We called multiple vets that were unable to help our dog on short notice. Without hesitation Village Vet made time for my family and my pup, that was in pain. They were genuine and knew how to handle the situation. My girl's last few moments were in comfort because of this vet. My other family will be switching their vet care to here. 6 out of 5 stars.
