Dr. Razin is everything you want in a practitioner: knowledgeable, kind/caring, thorough and efficient. I have had really good experiences each time I've interacted with her and her staff. I went to an audiologist years ago and was amazed at the advanced technology CHC uses. They even have a hearing aid option that is totally invisible. I'd highly recommend Conejo Hearing Center to anyone who needs an audiology referral. You will feel well taken care of here!

The customer service here is outstanding and is becoming increasingly hard to find. The phone is answered immediately by a Real Live Person! Who is also pleasant and helpful! The expertise of our clinician, Dr. Christine Wilson, was so helpful in guiding us to make a choice in an area that neither my husband or I were familiar with. I am so glad that we found the Conejo Hearing Center! I highly recommend the Conejo Hearing Center to anyone who is considering a hearing evaluation.

Chris Wilson is amazing. She is so lovely and really put me at ease. Costco told me they couldn't check my hearing saying my ears were full of wax and my own M.D. said I had no wax. Chris said it was all good, did my free base-line hearing test and said I had a little wax and could just use drops to get it out. I felt like I got the truth from Chris.

Dr. Razin and the whole staff are absolutely wonderful! If you feel a bit nervous about getting your hearing checked, they will put you at ease. We get our eyes checked once a year but we should do it with our hearing as well. This is the place to go. Personable, professional, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Christine Wilson, audiologist/owner and her staff , including Lab Technician Peter Stirtzinger, are experts in their field & personable. Four years ago Christine recommended a European brand, high tech hearing aid brand that has proven to be quite effective & durable with minimal maintenance. Not inexpensive, mind you, but efficient. You do get what you pay for. Christine's Westlake office is modern, comfortable, & easily accessible.
