From the initial preparation to the procedure itself, the staff was incredibly attentive, informative, and helpful. They made sure I knew exactly what to expect at every stage, which really put my mind at ease. What truly blew me away was the post-op care; Dr. Nishimura even followed up personally with a phone call that evening to see how I was recovering. Dr. Nikchevich, whom I saw, is simply one of the best dentists I have ever seen. The process for extracting my tooth and installing the implant was not what I expected, which would be, I thought, a somewhat painful and unpleasant experience. It was completely the opposite! I might even call it enjoyable!! Who'd ever think I would describe a dental surgical procedure as "enjoyable"? The doctor makes you feel comfortable, explains every step of what's happening, and even estimates how much longer each step will be taking, in real time while it is happening!!! If I could rate Dr Nikchevitch and his staff as 10 stars, I would. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Nic at ADI and his entire team. Dr. Nic is professional, skilled and knowledgeable, yet warm, approachable and genuinely funny, which put me at ease. His staff is equally impressive—professional, attentive, and caring from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt comfortable and supported throughout my care. I experienced my first dental implant today. I am an anxious patient walking in the door. I nearly fell asleep in this short efficient procedure. The team pushed me in for implant procedure, it was a front tooth and I was very uncomfortable missing a tooth. The Dr's staff were cheery and engaging and worked to make me welcome as a first time visitor to the Practise. All intake paperwork was done on line and that was so effective in getting that out the way and not losing time at the office. I am not wish anymore implants but this was a great, even pleasant experience. I was reassured and kept up to date by Dr.N on all his steps in doing this tricky delicate procedure. I got my smile back and of course will attend to see the care completed happily

From the moment you walk in your greeted with a Smile. Teri is very helpful and sweet. Dr. Lytle is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about your health and happiness. He calls to check on you and answers all questions . The other Drs and Nurses and office stafff were wonderful as well.
