As a doctor’s wife, I’ll be honest: our standards for medical care are high. Lux Urgent Care meets every single one.Dr. Matt and Dr. Raven are exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. We bring our children here and refer family because we know these are some of the best doctors within 60 miles! Their bedside manner is outstanding, the care is high quality, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting not “clinical” or cold. The staff makes it feel like you’re in a spa, which makes all the difference in the world, and Lux clearly hires people who care. Everyone we’ve encountered has been kind, efficient, and welcoming: exactly what you want when you’re worried and not feeling great. But the visit that sealed it for us: on Thanksgiving Day, an elderly relative became very ill. N

WOW…. What a dream come true! We were referred to this gorgeous facility by a dear friend who personally knows the owners who happen to be the Physicians! Yes owner operated… what a treat! True pride of ownership with no detail overlooked! The reception staff was very welcoming and efficient at getting us checked in! We were seen immediately and the care we received was second to none. The nature of our visit was to receive a hanger bag of IV fluids from Dr. Beatty for a post op dehydration issue. We could not bear the the thought of going to the local emergency room and spending endless hours waiting! The front office staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, which immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Raven is absolutely amazing. He is incredibly compassionate, takes the time to really listen, and explains everything clearly without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well being. Truly the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I came into Luxer Urgent Care after three days of a severe sore throat and feeling like my throat was starting to close. They were able to get me in same day after work, which I appreciated so much. Much like many of the other reviews, I’m honestly hesitant to share how amazing this place is because I don’t want it to get too crowded - but it’s just too good not to. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The front desk team was so warm and welcoming, and the space itself is beautiful and calming.
