MBODY is incredible! I just completed the 6-week strength lab class with Zoe and it was amazing. Just what my body was craving after having my second baby. I feel stronger and more confident lifting weights. The trainer, Zoe, is everything you hope for/need in a trainer. She’s so kind, welcoming, pushes you, and genuinely cares about you and your progress. She’s also very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and is more than happy to support you in that area as well. I cannot say enough good things about Zoe and MBODY!!

I truly can’t say enough good things about MBody. It made my second postpartum experience the best it could possibly be. The ability to bring my infant to classes removed so much stress, and the thoughtful reintroduction to strength training helped me feel strong and confident again at the right pace. The mommy-and-me soundbath yoga classes were incredibly special, and the community of supportive, like-minded new moms I met there has meant just as much as the workouts themselves. I also completed Zoe’s 6-week Strength Lab and it was phenomenal. She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and the program was exactly what I needed to push myself and stay accountable. I am not a workout girl. Let me just start there. I have every excuse in the book, and normally I use them. If it weren’t for Zoe, I absolutely would have quit this 6-week bootcamp and let them keep my money without a second thought. Zoe is incredible. She’s funny, warm, and genuinely lovely, but do not get it twisted, she will make you werrrrk for it. Somehow, she perfectly balances encouragement and humor with just the right amount of push, helping you realize you’re stronger than you thought. On the days I wanted to bail, her energy is what kept me showing up. And it definitely doesn’t hurt that I’m seeing real results (that I happen to like and want more of). I did the Strength Lab with Zoe and she was absolutely amazing. Working out became something I didn’t dread during the six weeks, and even something I looked forward to. Zoe is extremely talented at what she does, truly cares, and goes above and beyond to make amazing workouts something enjoyable. I participated in the postpartum rebuild class with Zoe starting at two and a half months postpartum. As someone who enjoyed the gym before and during pregnancy I was looking for something to get me back in a routine and groove while also being careful with my body as it healed. Zoe made this class engaging, fun, and challenging! She modified all of the workouts to fit each mom’s level and needs. She always ensured we felt comfortable with the exercises. She was also SO helpful and kind with the babies when they got fussy to help us complete as much of the workout as possible. Couldn’t recommend this class more. It was exactly what I needed and finished feeling stronger, healthier, and with more endurance.
