I went to go see Dr. Phil Davis today for the first time, despite seeing him in the community and working with fellow athletes for over 10+ years. I had some concerns about my knee and hip flexor and he helped me work through those concerns, gave me some exercises and encouraged me to get back out there! Easy to find, simple to work with. Thank you!

Phil is extremely knowledgeable and has an amazing work ethic! He assessed my injury and weakness, then came up with a PT rehabilitation plan. He has years of PT experience and he is the only PT I see in Austin when I have a injury.

Dr. Phil and Lauren have been fantastic. Dr. Phil really listened, explained everything clearly, and tailored my PT plan perfectly. Lauren was great as well during my sessions. Highly recommend this team!

Epic ankle sprain this week. Went to the ER and then followed up with my doc who recommended PT post haste. A friend recommended Dr. Phil Davis and The Training Room. They made the process easy from the start. Accept most insurances and you can schedule yourself on-line. I have never had PT and was pleasantly surprised at the time Dr. Davis spent with me. He explained everything that was going on and what I should start doing immediately to help healing. Already signed up for follow up sessions. Highly recommend this business!

Dr. Davis is a pro! i appreciate that his goal is to "get you out of PT" rather than keep you there. great guy
