The Terraces Orleans

A day after my father died my mother went in to do some paperwork and the office administrator was extremely rude and disrespectful when she was presented the bill and told my mom she had to pay immediately. When my mom said don’t I have 30 days? the woman said in a snotty tone “are you destitute?” My mom said she had a lot to take care of. The woman said “didn’t you set aside money for this?” My mom said she would pay in a week and the woman responded “I will keep sending you bills.” Aside from this terrible woman the nurses gave my dad great end of life care. However this woman has zero compassion and is downright rude and made me compelled to write this review. She made my mother who is in deep mourning feel even worse.
