Advanced Family Dentistry of Cape Cod

The worst dental experience I have ever had. My last cleaning and x-rays lasted 12 minutes with the denist himself. I mentioned a tech did a great job at my last visit and the receptionist was rude and told me that the dentist was more qualified and knew what he was doing. I asked for another cleaning and they asked me call the next day for my recrods. So unprofessional and will never return.

2 years ago i started going to Advanced Family Dentristry of Orleans under Dr scheier then Dr Monfette. After having four crowns put on in the front of my mouth with Dr Scheier they then have fallen off at least twice and re mounted by Dr Monfette and fallen off again. After being told that they would make this right I was just informed that they will charge to put them back on even though they shouldn’t have fallen off. I think what we forgotten is who is the customer? Been a horrible ongoing experience.

I have been going to Dr. Scheier since I was very young (over 20 years now). He and his team do such an excellent job. They are always up on latest advances and don’t push anything for insurance, just great preventative care that is forward thinking. I’ve moved away and I still drive over an hour now to come to this office. They have a really nice looking, and super clean office and they always remember me and are great with rescheduling.

My son's front tooth broke while we were staying on the Cape and after some research I chose Dr. Monfette and I am so glad I found him. He did a fantastic job fixing my son's tooth. Everyone on staff was wonderful. If I lived here year round I would want him to be the dentist for my entire family!

I apologize for showing up half and hour late for my cleaning appointment. I thought I was right on time till I later listened to your message on my phone. Everyone in the office was so considerate and never even mentioned I was late. Very classy. Thank you, Ruth - your gentle touch made for painless, easy treatment.
