While the receptionist is lovely, the doctor chose not to accept my insurance (which is one the majority of other health practitioners in the area take) which left me with a large bill that was difficult to pay. My family has visited her in the past, and one person had to return twice to get the correct contact prescription.

I went in to have my glasses repaired expecting to pay a reasonable charge but not sure they were going to be able to do it. The gentleman took it almost as a challenge to repair them and did so in short order. I was absolutely ecstatic with their service and would go there again in a flash!

I stopped in to see their selection of frames. They have a great selection. Not huge, but very very nice. The salesperson was very pleasant & helped me find frames that would work for me. I will return this morning with plans to purchase them :-) I shall submit a 2nd review to share the final result! Feeling very optomistic!

My husband paid $820 for new glasses. They were made quickly and he is pleased with them. While we were picking them up I asked if they would tighten the arms of my glasses. I was told that there would be a charge for that since I didn’t purchase them there. WE JUST GAVE THEM $820! If they were interested in gaining another customer and keeping the one they just got $820 from, it would have been much smarter to foster some goodwill and adjust my glasses without charge. I came in for a quick adjustment and was informed this would incur a charge. I understand it takes an employees time and etc. I did this last summer and this did not incur a charge. (My glasses were not purchased here) Strangley enough I've been to numerous optician's offices in a few different parts of the world and have not incurred a charge. Seems interesting.
