The Springs of Chenal Health & Rehabilitation

I have really enjoyed being at the springs of Chanel with me having multiple surgeries and having to do rehab it has been a great experience the staff is awesome like family they make sure all your needs are met and you are well taking care of... Thank you way to Go Springs 🌺🌹 oh and I wouldn't choose no other rehab 💯💯 I would like to also give a shout out to Zack in the maintenance department he keeps the building working smoothly and shout out to the kitchen manager💜❤️🌺🥳

This was a place for me the first day I came.My roommate was very helpful.I been here for 1 !/2.I love all the residents and love is coming back to me. The staff and Nurses is wonderful. And will tell others to come here.

Complaints and concerns about care was unacceptable. Management did not resolve issues. Wound care did not send photos to my surgeon. Discharged me with a small pressure sore to my sacral wound that was stitched prior. Medication was administered in wrong dose and times per day. I was giving unprescribed medication for Schizophrenia, bipolar. Which was not prescribed to me.. They gossip about residents’ health violating HIPPA. I had to call DHS and was discharged early.

Since I've been here it's been a great experience with staff and residents from the nurses to the cnas to therapy department which has been a blessing and to activities department which has been a blessing also and so much fun 😁.

First of all, I'm only giving this rating because the only components that I was satisfied with were the physical therapy department, the activity coordinator who provided good quality entertainment and transportation that was very professional as well as the social director. I was very disappointed in most cases with the patient care. There were times when it took a significant amount of time before my brother was seen to be changed. This usually occurs during the evening shift and weekends. There was one incident in which the button was pushed for assistance and I purposely stood outside his door to see how long it would take to come down. I stood outside his door for twenty minutes while at least four aides were congregating at the nursing. Finally his aide saw me just standing there lo
