Our son has been using Jacquelyn for almost 1 year now. We are so thankful we found her. She was just what he needed to help gain confidence and to continue to move forward and progress in all areas of his speech. Ben is a very complicated case as he has multiple speech deficits. Jacquelyn has been able to slowly peel back all of the layers in a methodical and well laid out manner. She has a lot of experience and insight, so when one method or approach does not seem to work she is able to pivot. Most importantly she connects really well with Ben. Jacquelyn came into my life 5 years ago while I was recovering at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital from a devastating case of Guillain Barre. Among the things I had to relearn was my ability to speak and swallow again. It was an extremely long, uncertain road for me, but because of her, my recovery was seamless. She was the first person I saw every day and I can honestly say was instrumental in my recovery, not just as my speech therapist, but overall. I felt very fortunate to have had her at that time in my life. She is a remarkable therapist and person.
