The doctors are phenomenal. The receptionists can be hard to deal with. For example: I understand their 15 minute policy against tardiness to appointments. For the first time, i arrived at the 15 minute mark, they turned me and my 4 month old baby away, and I’ll take responsibility for that. But the rude apathetic attitude from the receptionist was not professional and felt rather heartless. Moving mountains to get out the door with your baby and driving 35 minutes just to get there and be turned away is hard. I would have at least appreciated the acknowledgment. Cant have it all I suppose. We finally decided to switch pediatric care to a facility that is closer to us. I would still recommend this place if you’re willing to deal with a little bit of attitude now and then. The health car

We've been bringing our children to this pediatric office for over two years now, and the experience has been consistently outstanding. The staff is warm and welcoming, making each visit an stress-free experience for both kids and parents. Dr. Ludwicki and Virginia Barrett are knowledgeable and patient, always taking the time to answer our questions thoroughly. The nurses are equally amazing, especially with vaccinations, making them as painless as possible for the little ones. Highly recommend this office for any parent looking for quality pediatric care.

After 7.5 years of attending PAC- this has been our only pediatric office for our 3 children - I was told by Dr. Ludwicki that "maybe we are incompatible to work together" after I asked a very basic question about the vaccine safety. We had missed an appointment at some point, and my infant son had (I guess make up) shots 1 month ago. I had another routine visit on recently. I asked Dr. Ludwicki what the implications were of having vaccines so close together and he laughed at me and said "I don't know what to tell you, this clinic vaccinates on time." I asked him again about the safety implications of having vaccines so close together for an 11/12 month old and he either could not or would not answer the question. I've trusted this office and staff with the care of my 2 kids for the past 11 years. They are always respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. When my kids need to be seen urgently or just routine, they take them in without a wait. Anyone who has had an unpleasant experience with these nurses, doctors and staff must be incompetent and crazy.

I had been taking my son here since he was born and loved them, but now they’re more concerned with money than kids. They could of attempted to be understanding and found a resolution about a unique situation, but they chose to drop my son as a patient. And had an attitude about it. It won’t be easy to find a new doc either. My son has no where to go! But who cares, right?
