Bayhealth Emergency and Urgent Care Center, Total Care - Milton

I brought my husband in thinking he was having a diabetic issue. It turned out to be much more serious. The Bayhealth staff did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and getting him transferred to a facility that could correct the issue. All the staff was attentive, polite, and efficient. I am very happy with our experience. As a side note, this is the 4th time we have used this facility in Milton and we have been pleased with all of our visits.

ER Dr. Shetty and Dr. Colaianni were the doctors you would want to be at your side in an emergency. Efficient and thoughtful and articulate. The ER nursing staff have my highest regard. I could not have been in better hands. Thank you

This review is for Dr. Cross and the RN Keith. They were both knowledgeable, professional, funny (to lighten the mood) and best of all: actually helpful. It didn’t matter that it was 1 am. Anyone that has experienced a dental abscess knows how painful and miserable it is. My husband and I have both experienced the difference with a care team that CARES and a care team that doesn’t. REAL help to get the pain to stop until my husband could get into a dentist. Thank you both so very much for seeing him as a person and not as a file number. Renewed my faith in the health system.

I used to love this place, however, their quality of care has thoroughly declined. Went last night and was triaged and told to sit in the hallway in front of room 1104. Someone with pneumonia was in there (I could hear everything they were discussing with him about his medical needs). When he was discharged they bought someone else in that room who came in after me. She was seen, her labs taken, other things ordered and I also heard everything about her medical issues, because no one actually closes the door behind them, they just close the curtain and don't give a crap about privacy, I guess. I sat there for so long, had cold chills, eventually had a panic attack and left without being treated. Waste of a night and my time and they had the nerve to discharge me in MyChart like they did so

Be very careful at a "hybrid" place like this. Went into urgent care and specified at the front desk that this was urgent care NOT the emergency room. Presented with classic flu symptoms, perfect for what an urgent care deals with. We go back and they diagnostics that the doctor said "we're routine and just to make sure nothing worse is going on". All came back negative, no dehydration, just what appears to be the flu. Was sent home with "rest some more". Then we got the bill. The doctor, single-handedly, decided that we weren't urgent care but actually emergency and "upgraded" our care. This resulted in our bill immediately 3-5x.
