Absolutely disgraceful on how they treat new patients. I received a recommendation to see one of their nurse practitioners as a new patient and after an appointment was made which was 5 months in the future, they call me the day before to cancel the appointment. Apparently she had an emergency and wouldn't be in the office but they wanted to re-schedule me with someone new 1-1/2 months away. I asked when she would be back and they said next week but wouldn't give me a re-scheduled appointment with her for another 7 months! Even after speaking to the manager, they wouldn't budge at all. I understand getting an appointment as a new patient is difficult right now, but if you wait the time you are originally promised, they should re-schedule you in a reasonable time frame if they cancel the ap
