Elite PT- Harbeson

So very pleased I found Elite in Harbeson. My PT, Jack, was fantastic. Truly gifted at what he does. Jack listens and helps you along the way. I looked forward to getting to Elite and letting Jack provide just the right treatment and exercise to keep my recovery moving along. He has a great demeanor and works with you in every way. All of the staff I worked with were extremely kind and pleasant. The facility is clean, easy to get to with plenty of parking...has everything you need.

I called 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment for PT for my knee replacement. Scanned my insurance cards and license - as requested - and sent them to them. TWO WEEKS AGO! Battled icy roads today. Got there and was told they don't take my insurance! My friend has the same insurance I do (AARP United Healthcare and Medicare). She's gone to your Rehoboth site several times without a problem. The staff at Harbeson offered up a cursory, "sorry about that," and let me leave while being clearly angry. My surgeon told me he's heard good things about Elite. I will be calling him tomorrow to tell him what happened. I will also spread the word to local friends and neighbors.

My wife and, more recently, I have both gone to Elite PT and been very pleased. I walked around with a stiff and painful neck for too long, and Aleida helped my resolve it in just five visits. Strong hands for manual therapy and good advice on follow-up exercises. A bonus is the cute doggies they occasionally have running around.

Sim Kaur and her team are excellent. Being over 80, I have had numerous experiences with physical and occupational therapy including for major muscle tears, surgeries, and stroke recovery. Sim ranks with the top three that I have experienced. Her knowledge is outstanding and she answers every question. She and her team have my strongest recommendation.

My daughter has been seeing Elite PT, Sim, since July of 2024. Within the first week my daughter came leaps and bounds above where she was. She had been in PT for months prior, upstate. They take their time to really get to the root of the problem. They all work together to make sure the patients come first. I cannot say enough about the Team at Elite in Harbeson/ Milton. I would reccomend this team to anyone in need!!
