The Nursing Center at Little Creek

Little Creek LTC is an outstanding facility that truly goes above and beyond for its residents and their families. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing quality care. The environment is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to create a sense of comfort and safety. Communication is excellent, and it’s clear that the team takes pride in ensuring every resident feels supported and valued. Mom recently became a resident. Little Creek is an answer to our prayers. The seemingly unending patience, care and compassion is freely shown by everyone. Staff randomly dropping in to say hello. Recently, Kevin, an administrator, with the assistant Mom's cell phone company, was able to restore her virus infected phone. Thank you Little Creek for an exemplary job meeting Mom's needs!

The deep, meaningful relationships between staff and residents truly highlight the compassion at the core of Little Creek's care. It’s heartwarming to see how every department wholeheartedly prioritizes the emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being of each resident, fostering a nurturing environment where everyone feels valued and supported.

I moved my Mom to Little Creek from a well thought of facility in Knoxville that couldn't/wouldn't hire enough staff to take care of long term care patients. Little Creek is not fancy but it is homey, spotlessly clean, and has plenty of wonderful caring staff, many of whom have been there for years, taking care of the patients as if they were a beloved family member. The dietary staff (Valerie) worked with us to have Mom have food she would enjoy and liquids thick enough for her to manage. A professional maintenance staff was always available to help with anything in her room from the TV cable to hanging a picture on the wall. Mom was able to live her last months being lovingly cared for and we are so grateful to Little Creek.

When my family needed a nursing home for my dad we were thrilled to get him a room at Little Creek. The care he received there was exceptional! The dedication and compassion of their nursing staff is incredible. Everything about our experience at Little Creek was wonderful and we are so thankful that Dad's last months were spent there!
