The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

*REVISED REVIEW ** This pharmacy is NOT the same. I care a lot about buying local but can no longer support them. Service from staff is inhospitable and uncaring. Waits inside the store, especially for vaccines, are always long, even when it's slow. The store itself is dusty and disheveled, dirty floors, etc.They advertise free delivery but it is NOT available! I don't drive and was without a vital medication for over a week & becoming quite ill. I called first thing at 9am to request a delivery but I was unable to explain one word before she refused. I was rudely advised that they already had 2 deliveries for today and they were in a different direction, (its only a 10 mile radius). No alternate solutions, such as delivery the following day, were provided, I was just dismissed. This was i

I will never go here again. Treated very badly by pharmacist on duty. Got copy of my vaccine record NYS, CoVID booster missing, 13 month gap. I am an RN and have never missed every 6 month booster. Not there. Called Fishkill Shoppe and spoke to Ben Mathew, pharmacist who was extremely rude. Kept overtalking me. I asked him to stop and he just kept doing it. Finally, he said what I was saying was "not of relevance to him." I was appalled. I had been a faithful customer there for several years but now I will never set foot in that shop again. Tried to find corp office phone# and it turns out there are only individual stores. Medicine Shoppe is owned by Cardinal Health. Got Corp Office# but there are no live people there to answer phone. All of the staff are super helpful and nice. It's a popular place and they are indeed busy, but don't let that fool you- they have the same great service that they did when they were smaller. The pharmacists and the pharmacy techs know your medications inside and out. They catch interactions that other big chain pharmacies don't, and they will answer any questions that you have about any medications/vitamins/supplements, etc. They take the time with you that you need, and don't ever brush you off or make you feel like you're bothering them. The staff treat you like neighbors and friends, and I always leave there feeling better about my day than when I went in. I trust them with my family's prescriptions, vaccines, and medical supply needs (braces, OTC meds, bandages, CPAP, etc.). If they d
