The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

I feel bad for the girls who helped me before I spoke with the manager (Esther) as they were very sweet and as helpful as they could be. However, I have to give this place a poor rating after my encounter with Esther. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards me; even when I initially showed her kindness and patience, she spoke to me like I was slow and an inconvenience to her. I work in healthcare, and I would never speak to my patients/costumers the way she spoke to me from the very beginning. During a spotty phone call, Esther said to me “can I speak now?” In an irritated tone, as if I were intentionally speaking over her. She neglected to help me get my medication on time, claiming she submitted a claim for the prescription to my insurance and that it was constantly denied, b

I used to use Palm Care Pharmacy, but they were recently bought out by Medicine Shoppe and the service now is the worst! When you call to order a refill, they don't order the medication. The person that answers the phone is incredibly unhelpful. My doctor prescribed a common generic med for me over a week ago and when I called to check on it today I was told they'd have to order it and it will be another 5 days. I have zero confidence I'll even get it then. I've spoken to them three times about a different medication and two weeks later I still don't have it. The delivery is nice, but useless if they never fill your prescription. Chula Vista Pharmacy is 1000 times better and still locally owned.

They have some girl that cant speak or under stand english correctly. Its a battle just to do something. They place you on hold every 2 minutes. I called 2 times and was placed on hold 3 times each call. Cant understand simple numbers you are giving her. This is ridiculous!! If can avoid it DO NOT COME here

If I could give no starts I would this place is the worst it’s been 3 times already where they cannot give me my medication on time and that’s such a inconvenience especially when you depend on it.

This place is so unprofessional. The manager Esther lacks of customer service and problem solving skills. She completely disregarded the problem, instead of apologizing for the situation, she tried to cover her ass by giving me the run around. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE DELIVERY SERVICES….thats how they get you.
