Dr. Audette is an experienced, gentle, and caring dentist. She was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately identified the reason my crown was loose. She provided excellent care, treated the issue efficiently, and relieved my discomfort quickly. I had my new crown in no time! Her assistants were all exceptionally sweet, gentle, and attentive, making the entire experience even better. Great timely manner, the doc was great! She did my filling and moved to her next patient. My issue was the assistant who did my cleaning. She got the paste in my hair, and soaked my face with water. I had to sit up and get the water off my face and out of nose. Had she went about it differently saying I’m so sorry instead she giggled and said I think it’s broke. I thought that was unprofessional and disrespectful. But other than that great services!

I’m happy for the service, very respectful staff and good communication. Clean space, and communicate with customer about parking lot. Because you there is a parking lot for your customers in the back of your building that I didn’t know about it. I am upset about it because paying the meter parking is considered a contributing for the city expense.

Myra cleaned my teeth today. She did a thorough exam of my mouth and jaw. Cleaned teeth painlessly. I highly recommend her, Dr. Audette, and the wonderfully caring office staff. Special thanks to Vanessa, who always goes out of the way to help me.
