From the beginning to the very end, Dr. Cruz has made getting braces such a wonderful experience! He is personable and attentive to any questions or concerns I expressed. He was also very good at explaining what I should expect at every visit! His staff are a reflection of his leadership. Everyone is consistently kind and professional. The office and work stations are always clean and prepped each visit which made me feel comfortable and my time valued. My experience is proof that Dr. Cruz does truly tailor treatment plans to the individual. When I reluctantly requested that my braces come off early, I was relieved when Dr. Cruz was able to work with my request. Absolutely love Dr. Cruz and his entire staff! Me and both my kids go here and are they are always so nice and welcoming everytime. Dr. Cruz and his entire staff are amazing! I’ve had two children go through the process of braces over the past 4 years and I can say the quality of care has not wavered! They are caring and personalize each patient. They know my kids by name when they walk in, which is really hard to come by these days. Aside from feeling welcome, my kids teeth look amazing!
