Appointments are on time. Thorough exams. Explains all plans and procedures. All of the office personnel are professional, kind, empathetic, have great chairside manner. Have been coming to this office for many years with myself and husband. Would recommend to anyone frustrated with their current dental practice. Great Dental offices are hard to find!

10s across the board for Otay Lakes Dental Care (OLDC)! I had an exceptional experience at OLDC! The entire staff was amazing from Amy at the front, Alania the dental hygenist, and Dr. Cavan. Location: across from SWC, in the same plaza at the Dollar Tree. Behind the Jack In the Box Setting an appointment was easy via phone with Amy. They are a smaller practice with one doctor, so the schedule is tight. I wasn't too concerned about the wait time to be seen however. Upon arrival, I was greeted with Amy's bright smile and great personality. First timers, give yourself those 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork. I used the restroom which was very clean and smelled lovely. Alania promptly retrieved me from the waiting area and was kind with explaining everything we were doing. Xray

The staff treats me like a family, Ms. Amy understands how busy we get and always try to accommodate in changing appointments. Joseph is so nice and kind. Dr. Cavan is the BEST! I will always recommend this Dental office
