Everyone here is so nice, helpful, and genuinely supportive. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed and cared for. The staff listens, explains things clearly, and always encourages me through every step of my recovery. You can tell they truly want you to feel better. I always leave feeling motivated and cared for. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy!

The Human Performance and Wellness Center exceeds a 5 star rating. Dr. Dave and his staff are amazing. All of my issues are addressed with the utmost compassion and professional up to date practices to alleviate pain and stress. Having this place as a resource to keep me balanced and strong as I grow older is a blessing. I go regularly for my PT and every once in a while, have utilized Dr. Dave's "dry needling" to alleviate my stubborn muscle aches. By doing this, I rarely need to use over the counter pain medications. My plan is to keep going here as long as I can. Thank you, Dr. Dave and staff

I completed therapy for dual knee injuries at the Human Performance and Wellness Center before moving on to Dr. David Haught for personal training. The PT followed the orthopedist’s instructions closely and even found that the previous therapist had made a small mistake in exercise recommendations. The therapist quickly corrected this and I felt therapy went well in general. The facility is clean and well-organized, and all the staff always had kind words of encouragement. I recommend them!

I have had lower back and hip pain from arthritis for several years, and this summer I was in pain, unable to sleep and was uncomfortable walking any distance. I opted to try physical therapy before ablation and was sent to Dr. Haught. I have gone to therapy twice a week for 8 weeks, and now I'm walking my dog every day, sleeping better and my knees even feel better. I'm 70 so I don't expect to be pain free, but the exercises have really reduced the pain and helped with flexibility. I plan to join the gym when my physical therapy is completed to keep what I have gained. Bonus: I adjusted my diet and have lost a few pounds. Wendy and John are great therapists, Dr. Haught and the entire team are very nice. Also, the gym is clean. Thank you!

Dr Dave noticed an issue no other Dr had ever considered. After a minor correction to overcome a minimally shorter leg I can now walk without burning in my back. His staff is excellent, friendly and fun to work with
