Dr. Burt is a great doctor. He listens to your concerns, asks good questions and answers any you may have. He explains options for treatments and how to implement them so you understand them. I completely feel comfortable with him in charge of my eye care.

This is THE best facility I have ever been to (besides their surgical center in Myrtle Beach). Every single person is polite, professional, helpful, and caring. Dr McGaughy (and his staff) are just great! I can be a nervous person when it comes to my eyes and I am blessed to be a patient here. There really isn't a wait and I am seen quickly once I go back. Appointments are flexible and care is top notch! I highly recommend Coastal Eye Group and Dr McGaughy

The people at this facility all know what they are doing. They listen to and fully address your concerns, ask the right questions and explain their advice and services beyond a shadow of a doubt. Other professional adjuncts who work with this group are highly trained and vetted professionals with stellar work records. My needed retinal scraping and cataract surgeries couldn't have yeilded better results anywhere else. That's all I've ever needed to know. If you live in this area, you have the opportunity to realise just how lucky you would be to utilize this recourse. I stand by every word.

Techs and Dr. B were incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. It had been too long (3 years) since I last made the time to be examined. Had floaters and flashing light that needed attention to reassure me that there was nothing super serious. I highly recommend Dr. B and Coastal Eye Group in Little River for every eye care exam.
