I absolutely love Dr. Horton! I've tried 3 other dentist in the last 8 years and hands down this has been my best experience. I finally found my place ! Yay! Everyone in the office is so nice. Not fake nice either. They are funny too! Love that! You can tell them exactly what your concerns are and they will help you find a solution for your teeth, health and pockets! Tara help me submitting insurance and looked up my care credit rate. I was able to get 12 months 0% for my invisalign deposit. I also got a deep cleaning and a long term plan. Dr. Horton is so sweet and caring. I have a few things going on in my mouth but she made me feel right at ease. We made a plan together and I believe she will get my mouth healthy and beautiful again!

Palmetto Dental Associates is outstanding! Truly a well-oiled machine. My first time was in August for my mom as an emergency visit. Dr Hortman was the only one that was able to help my mother after going to 2 franchise type practices. The level of professionalism, compassion and caring from everyone that day was the best experience my mom and I had in a dental office! A special thank you to Traci for her exceptional caring bedside manner with my mom. Because of this experience, I switched to Palmetto Dental in October and the experience I received was again second to none with Dr Flynn and Sara. Thank you Dr. Hortman, Dr Flynn, and the entire staff. Great neighborhood dental office that I would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Hortman does amazing work! I’ve been going to her since 2011,, and she’s consistently done an excellent job. She’s been in practice for over 14 years, and her experience really shows. Highly recommend her and the whole team — they always take great care of their patients!

My first visit went surprisingly well. I am at least 20 years late for an appointment. I went in extremely apprehensive and honestly fearful of what takes place in that chair. The staff was personable, engaging, honest, and most importantly calming to me. I left feeling confident in their professionalism; and I’ve chosen an outstanding family for me. I truly can’t wait for my next appointment. I say that in full confidence. Blessings to their entire staff.

I went in for my initial visit today. I was very impressed. My mouth is like a bad neighborhood, you don't want to go there alone. Very paranoid and self-conscious about my teeth. But they definitely made me feel right at home. It didn't hurt that Dr Emily is a Gamecock fan. It's going to be a fun ride!
