The Heights at Medical Center

I have nothing but good things to say about Med center! My loved one is there and really loves the staff! They really do a great job caring for her! They are going thru a renovation and the building is getting a fresh make over, although it is already beautiful as it is! The Business Office Manager, Jessica, is super sweet and helpful and is always smiling! Thank you for being so helpful! The Administrator is nice and helpful. Stephanie and Sarah are always there when u need them! Thank you Med Center!

I have to say the communication here is great! My mom has been here 2 years. Whenever there are any concerns or questions Larry, Elaine James Justin Meighan and Jason are in top of it. I am truly grateful knowing my mom is safe and getting great care. We are there everyday and I can honestly say the staff has become like family. Yes, I would absolutely recommend The Heights to anyone who may be in need of these services.

I had my dad at the facility after he had surgery for therapy until he was strong enough to come home. Everyone was very welcoming and greeting. Stephanie did a wonderful job keeping us informed from the time he discharged from the hospital until he arrived. The director of the facility and director of the nursing department met with us in the morning after we admitted and made me feel at ease that my dad would be taken care of. The staff that care for him were all great I can only image how hard they work to care for everyone there.

I needed a place to put my sister in law for short term rehab and we had no idea where to start. The hospital sent us here. Its going thru a renovation and I guess. Shes in a freshly painted room, its going to look nice when they are done. We were greeted when we walked in the door and our nurse Al is cool as can be! Happy we found this place! Will recommend!

My family and I had a very positive experience with The Heights at Medical Center Nursing Home. From the moment my grandfather was admitted, the staff showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and respect. They took the time to get to know him, kept us informed, and made sure he felt comfortable and cared for during his stay. We are very grateful for the care and kindness shown to my grandfather and to our family. I would highly recommend The Heights at Medical Center to anyone looking for a nursing home that treats residents like family.
