The office itself is clean and modern and very inviting. The entire staff is super friendly and always upbeat and positive and incredibly attentive. Hearing lose can be a sensitive subject and stressful experience and I feel my concerns and hearing needs are always respected. Michelle is very professional but personable at the same time. I have 100% confidence in her care and always feel I’m in good hands.

Dr Barbara is great. Very pleasant, knows what she is doing and she LISTENS to her customers. The rest of the crew at the office are also very nice. The Hearing Center of Chestertown is a well run business and I highly recommend them.

My husband has been with this practice for over 10 years and has been an enthusiastic supporter. He was present, and included.
