Please, if you use this company, make sure you place an order for your medicine or if your doctor sends an order over, send it before 5 o’clock because anything after 5pm they have attitudes they’re slinging other people’s medication across the counter at you, and they have no respect. The manager says it’s two sides to a story but why would you lie about someone slinging medicine at you plus and wasn’t my medicine, and she had an attitude over a child’s meds. If you don't like your job get a new one

I moved here from walgreens when they refused to refill my prescription. I love this place best change I've made. They always have my prescription ready in a timely matter. Always friendly staff that understand people need there prescriptions. Will always recommend.

We've gotten shots at Chester River in the past, and each time, we've been greeted by friendly faces, cheery welcomes and short wait times. Today was no different. When I walked in to ask how complicated it would be to switch our prescriptions to their location, the pharmacy rep behind the counter said, "Easy!" as she took the form needed, and began to fill it out for me. When I asked about flu shots, I learned that they haven't yet received them, but that's no problem. With the kind of friendly, efficient service they offer onsite, we'll happily wait. We're grateful for this local option!

Was best pharmacy ever in Chestertown until yesterday! They have a new person working and she is rude and does not know what she's doing but refused to allow me to speak with someone else there when I asked. Very frustrating to say the least! Going to be finding a new pharmacy...

Chester River Pharmacy is a class act in every way! The Pharmacists are knowledgeable and readily available. The men and women at the counter are nice, patient...and quick at the same time. This is an obviously, well respected Pharmacy as it is busy. That said, the processes and procedures are very well organized! Thank you, Chester River Pharmacy!
