The Healthcare Center at Patriot Heights

The check in process was the easiest by far. Comprehensive! But easy. The nurse, Olympia, was just as delightful as she was knowledgeable. Very present and thorough. The room could use some updating. Walls are pretty beat up. The restrooms look like they have just been redone. Very nice actually. All of the staff… receptionist, the guys at the front gate, the aides, very attentive and nice. Just got here - will update as we go. :)

Fantastic rehab place! Great staff & facilities! Wonderful place to “not get lost in the crowd” like other larger facilities. Very welcoming and great care. They are not overwhelmed with too many patients. Love this place!

This is the worst rehab center that I have ever been to. The staff is rude the place smells like urine. Every employee that I have come across never acknowledges the the patient. What if it's one of their mothers, their parent, God forbid even themselves. I'm sure they wouldn't want to be treated that way. These patients do not deserve to be treated the way they are being treated. Patriot heights rehab needs a new administrator one that cares for their patience as well as new employees. They don't even deserve a Star is sad. Very very sad I do not and will not recommend this rehab to anyone. I know.

My name is Kendrick Turner and I am a resident at Patriot heights Independent living and San Antonio Texas I got here on Saturday night move right on in this place is such a great place the staff member is so wonderful I was in contact with Miss Heidi a place for moms The place for Mom put me in the contact of Miss Heidi she gave me the best treatment that I ever wanted again I must say I done been to other places I have not seen nothing just like it I have a wonderful place she picked it out for me she showed me the pictures in the video that I knew I had to move here and I'm telling you all if you want a nice place to come and live this is the place to come when you arrive on the premises you can be greeted by the security the security is going to give you the best treatment they are the

The staff is wonderful, friendly, supportive and so welcoming. The environment is so calming, clean and friendly. The staff went beyond the call of duty to make our visit so pleasant and memorable. Loved it!
