I booked a custom therapeutic massage using a coupon available on their website. The room was very relaxing and the sheets and blankets were very warm, perfect for a cold day and to help me relax. The massage therapist, Sara Silver, asked for my problem areas so she knew where to focus her attention. She warmed my back to loosen it while working on my legs and hips. She asked a lot if the pressure was ok and the temperature of the hot stones was good. She worked on each and every one of my knots and I felt so relaxed after. Will definitely be going back and booking a service with her again.

Wherever Amy goes, I follow. I’ve been getting massages from Amy for many years now and am thrilled that she’s opened her own salon. The location for Serenity Wellness Spa is convenient to my work, safe, clean, and relaxing. I’ve had issues with my neck and back that no amount of stretching or foam rolling will fix. I try to get a massage once a month and make my mental and physical health a priority. Amy offers energy readings that you wont find in many other spas. Her readings are always spot-on and give insight into what my body, mind, and soul are dealing with. I’m excited to use some of the other services offered, such as manicures and pedicures. The gift shop up stairs offers fun and unique products that are Utah made.

I had the best massage of my life from Sara! Excellent technique, good communication, she listened exactly to my needs and preferences. The spa is beautiful and very clean. I felt totally safe in there. I left feeling a thousand times better. The relaxation has lasted all day! I will definitely be back.

Amy is the best massage therapist I have been too. She in intune with the way your body feels and reacts. I went in with a shoulder injury and she was able to help relax my muscles. I am able to have so much more mobility. I will be returning. I am so excited she relocated to my area so I could find her. Super-duper fantastic experience.

Haley at Serenity Spa is incredible. I’ve had pain and loss of flexibility in my back for years. After three treatments with Haley, I noticed a measured improvement in my flexibility and experience a lot less pain day-to-day. I also love the calm of the spa that greets me as I walk through the door. You should definitely give it a try. Just don’t take my weekly time slot. ;)
