We waited less than 2 minutes for our appointment to begin. All the elements of the exam flowed seamlessly together. Dr Pebley is both friendly and efficient. He either remembered or had reviewed past records so that during the exam he asked about past conversations. As always both he and his staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. One of the most unprofessional medical visits I’ve ever had. The optometrist came across as arrogant and visibly bothered that I was even there. He didn’t introduce himself, gave vague directions from the waiting room, then acted condescending when I didn’t immediately know where he wanted me to go. During the exam, he seemed uninterested, rushed, and unclear in his explanations, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. After my eyes were dilated, I was left alone in a brightly lit room with my eyes tearing and no instructions at all. Only later did a front desk staff member come in and show me how to turn the light off—something that should never have been overlooked. Had a great experience at Legacy Vision Group! Dr. Pebley was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and answer all my questions. His staff were kind and welcoming and patient with me during my contact orientation. They also helped me figure out my insurance information before my appointment and that helped everything go smoothly. I felt quite comfortable in this office and will be telling my friends and family!
