Felt Family Dentistry is truly one of a kind. I’m convinced you could search the entire planet and still not find better care than what Dr. Dave and Dr. Cameron provide. They don’t just look at your kids’ teeth—they educate you, explain everything in plain English, and lay out the best plan so you actually know what’s going on (imagine that!). The front office staff deserves a medal for patience and scheduling wizardry. They somehow manage to book your kids’ six-month cleanings at times that actually work for your family—which feels like a dental miracle all on its own. And then there’s Heidi, the office manager. One of a kind doesn’t even begin to cover it. She’s thoughtful, kind, and welcomes you like you’re a long-lost friend instead of someone who’s there for a dental appointment. Alis

I had a Christmas Eve tooth emergency and was able to get help that same evening. The dentist figured out the problem in like 30 seconds and then fixed it! This dentistry literally saved my Christmas. In addition, the office is beautiful and the team is exceptional and friendly every time I come in. Use these guys and gals if you can!

Let me start by saying I have had a pleasant experience at this office. They are welcoming and kind. I have had some restorative work done here too that has been great. The reason for my 1 star review is more with billing and the morality of what they’re billing. I received an EOB with a local anesthesia code on it that also included some restorative work. I thought this was odd. I contacted them and disputed it because, well, a restoration already includes a local anesthetic. They refused to compromise and said “a lot” of dentist are billing this now. As to make it ok. It is not ok and is quite fraudulent. I’m sad to say that we won’t be going back since they are immoral and using people’s ignorance to make more money.

We just moved to the area and scheduled an apt for me and my son. I can’t even express how kind the staff was. Dr Mercedes Hanks went so above and beyond. She explained everything to my son that she was using. She was patient with him when he was not ready. She called to check up on him. She sent a Thank you card. This is seriously the best services I could ask for. I will be back for sure!

Nice place, but really disappointed to be surprised about a 20% co pay on my check up. Been coming here 3 years and then when I was done and about to leave they go oh go over here and pay. Pay for what it’s a check up. They let me know my delta dental requires I pay 20%. I said nothing has changed on my end for the whole time coming here. They said well it’s because of my insurance so I said ok. Here’s the money and cancel the cavity appointment that was coming up the next week and any other future appointments. They obviously knew when I scheduled that I would have to suddenly pay for check ups now wish I was told prior, so I could have just found a new dentist before getting my films taking along with the cleaning. Very disappointed after 3 years to be a number and a pay check to them
