After more than 20 years of seeing various optometrists, I can confidently say Dr. Luu is one of the best in the field. She perfectly balances a personable bedside manner with an unparalleled depth of clinical knowledge. Even though it’s a high-volume location, the staff is incredibly efficient and professional. Highly recommended!

As I was looking for a new optometrist I came across The Eye Institute at Heritage. After reading the reviews and looking at their website, I was delighted to get an appointment right away (someone else's cancellation was my bright spot). I concur with the reviews saying that the team here is completely professional, fully knowledgeable, warm, hospitable, and do not rush the patient at all. Not being rushed as well as being listened to are my top priorities when choosing a new doctor. Do yourself a favor and become a patient here. Dr. Luu was very kind and patient with my mom today. Her positive energy is second to none and makes it obvious that she loves what she does. The staff was very personable and kind as well. From making the appointment to checking out, it was a very pleasant experience. Every one on the staff was very professional and courteous. I could tell that they genuinely care for their patients.

The staff kindly worked me in for an appt the same day. When I arrived, it was clear that another patient had been booked for the same time. The women at the front desk were very patient and remain levelheaded and kind despite his agitation. Was also my first experience with Dr. Lu and she was great. Highly recommend this practice!

The facility is in a great location and the doctor seems very knowledgeable and confident in what he is doing. However, I was disappointed by the lack of respect for the patient’s time and privacy. During my contact lens fitting appointment, which should have been quick since I already had my glasses prescription, the doctor was attending to another patient in the room next door at the same time. He kept going back and forth between us, and I could even hear parts of his conversation with the other patient. My appointment ended up taking more than 45 minutes because of all the waiting in between. It felt unprofessional and inconsiderate.
