The Emergency Clinic Alamo Heights

The staff and doctor were very, very caring and treated me with the utmost respect and care. I had a kidney stone and due to my condition, they recognized the need for me to be admitted to the hospital. I might not have a functioning kidney if it was not for their care and professionalism. I am very thankful for all their help in my time of need.

Facility was clean and organized and the staff was amazing. Very proficient, compassionate, and overall helpful. Came in right at shift change so feel confident in that being a blanket statement no matter who is there or what time it is. Not a place I necessarily want to visit again but it’s reassuring to know that should the need arise I/my family can seek care with such a fantastic group.

I've never been to an urgent care clinic where I've received amazing care, but I have finally found the place! It was here at The Emergency Care Alamo Heights. Starting from the front desk receptionist, to the MA's to the nurse to the doctor. Everyone made me feel important and they truly cared for my well-being. They all had an amazing attitude and treated me with so much care and really listened to my concerns. I can tell they all love what they do by the way they treated me. I don't care if I have to drive 30 minutes, I will make that drive because I know I will get the best care and treatment here. Thank you for being an amazing team and for caring about your patients.

Can’t say enough good things about the staff here. We have taken our kids to this clinic for various illnesses and injuries, and the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience as comfortable and not “scary” as possible. Would highly recommend in the event that you or a loved one need emergency care.

My girlfriend had an awful experience here giving verbal non consent to not get after 5 different tries to get a vein For iv they could have referenced us somewhere else or anything Reporting this. Never coming here again. Beware. Absolutely terrible treatment by mrs Michelle m. If the patient does not consent to some treatment it is absolutely unacceptable to continue to try and get a vein. Disgusting Absolutely filthy service.
