I was scheduled for L5-4-3 fusion surgery on 2-27-26 at this facility. From the time I arrived everyone I met was extremely friendly. The nurses were extremely friendly and professional along with the doctors, they were overly concerned with my well-being. Due to some issues with my blood pressure we made the decision to postpone the surgery. They explained all the consequences of moving forward and concerned about my safety. I have several orthopedic issues for many years and have been well taken by the Doctors at Core Institute. If you are having Orthopedic issues I would recommend you see one of their Doctors. They are the best.
This is truly the best hospital experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the nurses and staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I had lower back spine surgery, and I felt completely cared for every step of the way. Dr. Terry and Dr. Ali Araghi were exceptional. Dr. Araghi took the time to thoroughly answer our questions and explain everything clearly. It was evident that he is highly skilled and confident in his work, which gave me so much peace of mind going into surgery. My anesthesiologist, Stephanie, was also wonderful — calm, reassuring, and professional. I am so grateful for the entire team and the level of care I received. Even the food was fantastic! 10/10 experience.
The staff is absolutely fantastic. I needed a full knee replacement so I met with the surgeon Dr Butler. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism right away. His team was able to accommodate my schedule perfectly. On my surgery day they got me in and out quickly and they took the time to explain everything along the way. I spent the night and was met with an incredible team. Shout out to Tawny, Phoebe, Virginia, Jeremiah and Jason Erickson. The night staff ( Phoebe and Virginia) spent a lot of time chatting with me and had me up and walking several times in the night. I highly recommend them and will definitely have my other knee done here. The food here if really really good. Also a shout out to the morning crew Dillon, Thad and Carla. Thank you all for a wonderful experienc
Overall, the doctor did amazing on my surgery. The nurses at night are dangerously dangerous. Not one of them knows how to do any blood work to pull blood out of you. They made multiple scars all over my arm every single one of them were rude Ashley, the head charge nurse was very rude. Very mean I went through a lot. I had to stay there four days. My heart rate went to 200 for them to treat me very mean I was treated like I was a nobody at night. They would laugh at me and talk about me as professionalism. They need to look at your chart before they come into the room and none of them did that they judged me by me going in there doing my surgery and looking at the medication I was taking they were very highly aggressive to me. I really hope that the CEO of this place takes a good look at
I had my surgery on December 19th. I seldom write reviews, but I needed to give a shout out to this hospital and especially the nursing staff. My nurses were Crystal, Kristina, Juanita, and Tete! Great ladies!! Excellent care. The hospital's overall care was good. And I have zero complaints. But the nursing staff was the best I have ever had. Thank you ladies!!! They have the most difficult job and they did it with a smile on their faces and with excellence. Hip replacement surgery is never easy, but their compassion and care made it a little easier.
