The Brande Saad Group, Optometrists

Dr Lonesky is great. Went Dec 3 and was told eyes got much worse. Ordered new glasses, had to go back and tell them they did not mark for my bifocals. Glasses has never came in. Was told last week would be here today at latest. Called today and now they are checking with lab to see what going on. Was also told they were on the phone with lab last week and they were working on them at that time. Frustrating taking this long. Feels as if I am getting run around. If it is the lab realize the staff cannot help it, however I feel as if this should have been checked on sooner when I have been calling them to see where they are ! Not sure i will be returning here.

I’ve been with them for the last 10 years, never had an issues and always a pleasant experience especially with the doctor. He’s known us since we were children when we got our first pair of glasses 😁 When my tear duct was clogged he was very gentle, I’d trust him with your eyes!

I got a new pair of glasses at end of August this year. The other day my wife noticed chip in lenses around hings pieces. I went back to Brande Saad. Was told there was nothing they could do. They are glass lenses ,progressive and transition.and anti glare. I was told to call my insurance provider. And when I did they told the insurance provider they were fine when I got them. Thanks for the run around Jamie. You told me that I would have to get angry with them. But you turn around and said they were good when I got them. Thanks for nothing. Well good luck if go to Brande Saad. As for me never again. Because they don't seem to have any guarantee or any warranties.Thanks again for nothing

The staff is very upfront, honest, friendly, blunt (which I loved) very polite and super helpful!!!! Dr. Michael Lonesky instantly made my children and I feel so comfortable and treated us like they had know us like close family friends. The entire staff made you feel heard about your concerns and did everything in their power to resolve all them. Nice Selection of glass

Dr. Lonesky is fantastic. Most of the staff are, but there is one girl with long dark hair who you can tell very much does not do well working with patients. I went to check in for my appointment and she said “give me one second” without even looking at me. I felt awkward just standing there in front of her so I sat on the edge of the couch close by waiting for her to be ready to check me in. She completely ignored that I was there and continued checking in other patients who came in after me. Just hearing her annoyed tone with each patient that checked in/asked her a question gave me secondhand embarrassment. When I asked her to write which contact sample was for which eye on the box, she seemed to appear as if it was a major inconvenience. I’m not sure why this office struggles with unfr
