The Blossoms at Breckenridge Rehab & Nursing Center

My mom has lived there for almost two years and has had a positive, caring experience. I love that the nurses and CNAs have a little nickname for her and sweetly joke around with her. The staff have been a blessing, and now under new management, I appreciate the improvements. My family and I are very thankful for Blossoms. Also Charlman Houston has been such a huge help with all of financial questions and concerns. She’s awesome!

This facility has truly changed in the past few weeks! Change for the good of course. I normally visit my mother 2-3 times a week and I have noticed the change in the atmosphere the employees seem happy. They all rave about the new Administrator and Director of Nursing. I don’t know where they found these two but the staff sure needed them. I would truly recommend this facility to anyone. Give them a call if you are in need, you won’t be disappointed!!

Awesome community! As being a Regional Wellness Specialist myself I would recommend this place to anyone. Great experience for my family from the beginning to our discharge day! The management team is amazing! HR you’re definitely growing a wonderful team! 5 star team!

My experience with this nursing home has been absolutely exceptional. From day one, the entire team has shown nothing but professionalism, compassion, and genuine love for the residents they care for. The nursing staff is attentive and knowledgeable, always making sure residents are comfortable, safe, and well-cared for. CNAs go above and beyond daily, treating residents with dignity and patience.

The staff at this nursing home are truly amazing. From the nurses to the aides to the housekeeping team. They are always attentive to my loved one’s needs and take the time to communicate with our family. With new management and New HR in the building, things are turning around in a positive direction
