Thanh Dung "Rochelle" Nguyen D.M.D.

This person is a terrible dentist and traumatized me with her poor dental work and racist accusations. Dr. Nguyen took two hours to complete two fillings for me because she refused to listen when I told her that I have a congenital issue with numbing agents. Since I was a pre-teen, its been very difficult for me to get numb when at the dentist. I have had confirmed that I have a central nerve that runs close to the surface which is the cause. I told her this before I got the work and when I couldn't get numb, she told me it would make things easier if I admitted I was a drug addict. Literally. She accused me, TWICE, of lying about my condition and instead told me "This is would happen to a heavy drug user." I happen to be a black woman and I have to wonder if that is the reason she decide

If you want a Dentist that knows what she is doing and cares about you and your teeth, then this is your place. She treats her customers with respect and tries to help make your teeth last as long as they possibly can. Her hygienists are also top notch and friendly. I had a tooth break and she even came in on her one day off and made me a crown so I wouldn't cut my tongue! (who DOES that?) You won't regret your visit and you won't ever want to see another dentist.

Dr. Nguyen is gentle and friendly. My first visit was an emergency and Dr. Nguyen squeezed me in on a Friday so I wouldn’t be in pain all weekend. I’ll never forget, she said “otherwise your pain will crescendo.” That’s when I knew she really cares about her patients. I have had numerous procedures since then, and all of the staff have been kind and accommodating. Dr. Nguyen works very hard. Doreen is such a sweet lady too.

Dr. Rochelle knows her stuff and is up to date on all the latest ( and easier on the patient) technologies. She has been able to work around my schedule when needed. She has been my dentist for past three years, and is good about educating me on my gum and teeth issues.
