I recently hurt my back and Chris has played a key role in helping me get back to feeling 100%. The prescribed exercises and stretches were instrumental in helping me get more mobile again. Additionally he was able to guide me through a few workouts to help ensure that I didn't aggravate my injury while starting to get active again. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the whole treatment process. An added bonus is that he can come to your location which makes it a lot easier to fit in a session to your calendar if you're working from home.

I worked with Chris for my shoulder rehab in last 5 months and he is awesome! Chris planed the rehab sessions carefully and he is able to adjust the plan depending on my progress. He not only takes care of my physical health, but also my mental health. I was depressed some period of time because the progress of rehab was so slow. But he is always optimistic about my progress and cheer me up when I was depressed. Now I finally get my strength and range of motion back! I'm so glad Chris is my physical therapist. Chris Gering is a dedicated therapist who impressed me with his professional care and compassionate attention. I worked with Chris to try to rehab and prevent some frustrating recurring running injuries. He zoomed right in on my specific weaknesses, and we developed a focused, efficient rehab / prehab plan. It's been incredibly helpful, and I've been running more in the past 8 weeks than I have in the last 5 years (and injury-free!). I've done minor PT with other providers in the past, and had okay experiences. But Chris' clear passion for his work, precision, and pragmatism have helped me achieve outcomes that frankly surprise me. In addition, Chris' communication, scheduling, and respect for my home and time have been excellent. Strongly recommend working with him, especially if you've struggling with sports-related injuries.
