Had a really good experience here getting my cavities done. The staff was super sweet and really attentive to my needs. Check-in was easy since everything was done online, and they even ask about your preferences ahead of time like if you want a blanket, which I thought was really considerate. I also really appreciated their time management they communicated everything clearly and called me in right on time. Dr. Susan is very polite and has such a calm way of talking. She walked me through every step and explained the procedure, which helped a lot and made me feel way more relaxed. Overall, the whole visit was way easier than I expected and I’m really happy with how everything went. Would definitely recommend!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in more years than I care to admit and I was very hesitant to go here as well. It ended up being the best choice I could have made. I’ve mostly seen Dr. Chu and Cassie, but everyone I’ve talked to and had work on my teeth, from the front office to the back rooms, have been extremely kind and professional. They are very clear with their communication and what you are to expect going in. They are also very careful and mindful about your comfort and pain levels. I’m writing this a few minutes after getting a temporary crown removed and a permanent one put in, but I’ve also had two cleaning sessions and many x-rays. If you need to go to the dentist this is the one to go to.

First impression was great and loved their customer service. The dentist seems knowledgeable. Although, I have to give them this rating because my initial impression means nothing now. Charging $100 for rescheduling—4 days prior to the appointment. Thats astronomical. Another weird thing—why am I getting the link to the bill at EOB. I can’t even call you to get an itemized bill. Another reason why I am stunned by their bill is because I was reassured by their administrative support that it would be partially covered by my insurance—even with my teeth cleaning. So I was sold on that. I was told I only had to pay $175 out of pocket. And another payment in December when I picked up the guard. It’s February and my husband not me—weird he got the text about my night guard. We texted back why

I had such a great experience at my recent dental appointment. The staff was warm, the office was clean. Dr. Susan Chu explained everything clearly. I felt genuinely cared for the whole time. Highly recommend!

I some how missed the memo this practice was sold. It sure would have been nice to know, up front or reminded that it was a different dentist now. I have severe PTSD and it's difficult for me when I get work done at any dentist. This is noted in my chart. The new dentist, who seems nice, but definitely is not for me did my cleaning, she was cutting my mouth and I had a horrible experience. The person at the front desk was condescending and rude when i was asking questions. I was trying to speak to the other gal, who I'm familiar with and was cut off and interrupted by this person. When I said I did not receive any notification the practice was sold, she replied with "whelp, we can't call everyone!" Like I was stupid. She was very short with me and made me feel as if I was bothering her.
