I've been on a journey looking for a good hearing aid & Audiology provider for almost 2 years now. I went to a doctors office, they tried to help me, but didn't have what i was looking for. I went to another location and they didn't accept my insurance there. So i did more research and read some reviews, and I can see why they have a 5 star review. Brittney was wonderful and helpful, her explanation of the test was very clear and helped me understand the test much better. And Matthew was great as well, nice conversations, and definitely listened to what I was looking for, and seemed very knowledgeable about the different types of hearing aids that are out there, and definitely took the time to adjust my demo to make sure it all worked out before I left. The staff was very professional and supportive. They listened to my concerns and made adjustments as appropriate. I also really appreciated the follow-up call a week after my initial visit. Matthew is very knowledgeable about the technology and very accommodating to requests for adjustments.

Jaylce and Matthew are absolutely amazing! Jaylce was very nice to me, I got lost and I called to let her know I'd be late and she just told me to get there safe and it'll be fine, I appreciated that, because I was very irritated and her voice just made it all okay. The customer service is outstanding and they worked with my schedule. Matthew was very knowledgeable and he helped me choose the product that best fit me. I highly recommend.

I had my hearing test and hearing aid selection at Eastside Audiology in Renton. Dr. Brittany and Matthew, who assisted me, were welcoming and friendly throughout the entire process. The experience was Great! It was our first time visiting the office. My Mom, Uncle and I felt welcomed and relaxed. The three individuals on staff that worked with us were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable.
