Kay is incredible! She is very knowledgeable and has a variety of techniques to help ease pain/tension. I can already feel a difference in my neck and shoulders. I will definitely be going back.

Kay is the best. I had an issue with my left shoulder till my neck,and i went to her,it was the best therapist i had tried it. She knows how to take away the pain.i decided to go every month for her. I strongly recommend to anyone ,who wants to get relief of their pain. I appreciate you kay🙏.

Kay is absolutely amazing! She knows the body and how to fix it in a way I've never experienced. I've dealt with hip issues for years that have ended up in issues all over my body. My chiropractor is amazing, but I was feeling I needed extra relief and a neighbor recommended me to Thai Wellness. Once I got an appointment, Kay spent as much time as I needed to help me understand the pains and causes for them- which were spot on with my chiropractor- and then gave me the most intense and satisfying massage ever! I cannot express the relief I've felt and will be back (again and again)!

If you’re lucky enough to find this place- go ahead and book! Every massage is different with so many techniques. You don’t need to know what you need, she is a healer and will conduct the session to give your body what it needs. Run, don’t walk to your phone… but don’t scoop my session times!

Kay is amazing. She is not your regular massage therapist; she does more than that. When I started going to her, I had an issue with my left shoulder; I couldn't raise it. I saw her every week. Now, I can raise my shoulder with no problems. My work requires lifting, shifting, and standing, so I see her quite often, at least twice a month; this helps me a lot. I recommend her to anyone needing help with chronic pain; she works wonders.
