I had my first appointment today, and I am extremely pleased and satisfied with my experience. From my initial contact with the receptionist at the front desk to my consultation with the doctor, everything was exceptional. I want to give a shout-out to Debbie for assisting me with my paperwork and making sure everything was filled out correctly.

We love this place and so grateful for everything they’ve done. The staff is absolutely wonderful. We would recommend Texas Spine Care Center to anyone needing or thinking about having surgery. From price to care, they are the best. Not to mention the great job they did how nicely the incision is perfectly aligned in the natural neck line. Thank you Dr. Bruggeman and team! Went to Texas Spine Care Center for the first time today, and my experience was AWESOME! From the two ladies at the front office counter who greats you with a smile and professionalism. The office is very upscale, clean and very inviting. The wait time was short to be called back to see the care representative. The exam room was clean, bright and upscale. I was seen by Dr. Yvonne Paredes who was very professional, and provided in detail information about my medical concerns. She explained what her recommendations would be to bring me some relief from my condition and pain. I highly recommend giving TSCC an experience, you will definitely enjoy it. James W

I had a positive experience during my initial consultation with Dr. Bruggeman, who explained the surgery I needed. He mentioned I'd be contacted with a quote, but it has now been three months, and I'm still trying to get my surgery scheduled. The scheduling and quoting process has been extremely difficult. I spent months making repeated calls, being transferred between multiple staff members, and was told there was only one person who could provide the quote. I finally got an email and after another two weeks of waiting for a response to an email, I finally received the quote. Unfortunately, now that I have it, I've learned that the ONLY person who can schedule the surgery is on vacation for a week. Called Belinda Garcia this morning to try and have my imaging results faxed over to Texas Med Clinic. After explaining the situation and stating I’m not sure what the issue would be being that I’ve been a patient for almost a year with prior results sent over already - she said with attitude “there’s no issue, I’m just trying to follow policy.” Without stating what policy she was even referring to. I said “well aren’t you wonderful” being that I had to explain her job to her and she offered zero assistance other than being annoyed I was asking for images to be faxed over. She replied “I am wonderful and I don’t need your attitude. I politely requested to be transferred to someone else in her office. She refused.
