I had a great experience with Nurse Practitioner Steven Chavez and his MA, Bianka. They did an amazing job removing an earring that was stuck in my right ear. Steven talked me through the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. He was incredibly patient, professional, and reassuring. Bianka was also very kind and helpful throughout the visit. I’m very grateful for the care they provided and truly appreciate how smoothly they handled the situation. Thank you both!

Binaka was such a sweet heart. He was taking care of like a family not as a patient. 5 star is not enough for her. And also Dr.Cantu was very professional and friendly. And handled my husband very politely and carefully. God bless them

I'm not too thrilled about having to check in by answering questions on an app, submitting my email and all the other information I had to. I'm a senior citizen and not good at that but the doctor was fantastic and the front desk was so helpful guiding me through the app. I actually love that place and will make sure to use their services again. So much that I'm actually writing this review to help other people with medical issues find a way to get seen by a great staff and get out fast. Thank you!

The staff was very informed and also making you feel comfortable. Nurse Bianca was very informative and made me feel at ease I hate needles had a bad experience with a TB with a nurse elsewhere and they pulled the nail it stay in my arm this was bad. I am so glad Nurse Bianca explained what she was going to do and made sure I was not going to get scared with the experience I had. All your staff was wonderful. I did not feel like a number .
