Texas MedClinic Urgent Care - Parmer

Got in quickly. The person at the front desk was very kind. The doctor who saw me listened to my issues & his advice was well thought out & thoroughly explained. The staff did a great job w/blood draw, x-rays & ekg. All in all, a very positive experience. Will go again, when needed, & would recommend.

We have looked up many branches to do our health package for USCIS and this branch provides the best services at the most reasonable price. My work requires me to do a lot of travel. I only have 1 week in town to get the package done. I got my package done with 5 days. My husband also had got the package done here as well. The nurses Ms. Kim, Ms. Jeymi helped me follow up promptly with the results. Dr. Rylander, Dr. Gonzales helped me got the package sealed immediately after the results were ready. Customer service is exceptional, everyone was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this clinic!

Excellent experience here after I couldn't get an immediate appointment at my doctor next door. The entire staff was really kind, and they handled what could have been an uncomfortable wound-related visit with professionalism. Dede at the front desk was welcoming, Diana was caring and reassuring as she assisted Dr. Gonzales who was also very kind, skilled, and thorough in treatment. The visit was prompt and effective, and follow-up with lab results was handled professionally as well. Very grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend.

My experience was good and happy with The level of care that I was given. Doctor Young was very patient kind and thorough. I left feeling more at ease and with peace of mind that I would be feeling better with in a few days! The nurse was very attentive and kind as well, including the admin staff. Excellent. It was easy to make an appointment online and fill out the paperwork. Location was easy to access. I did not wait long. The doctor was professional and confidently explained what needed to happen then executed the procedure efficiently. This is an excellent facility. I would be happy to return.
