Texas MedClinic Urgent Care - Dripping Springs

Amazing service!! This was my first time at this location and I am beyond grateful that I came here. The Nurse Kayla was beyond amazing, and had so much patience with my son. She never once looked annoyed with him as vitals are usually a struggle to get from him, but she was so kind and let him take his time to work up the confidence. The provider was also amazing and had great bedside manners.

I’ll never go back. The staff I met with looks like they just finished playing a round of hacky-sack. I went to get a flu test and was charged my co-pay of $100. I then got a bill for another $170. This company keeps your card on file and charges whatever they don’t get in a month from the insurance company to you. Then you have to call the insurance company to get your money back from them. I don’t need the hassle.

Very efficient and friendly staff; was able to get registered easily , then taken back to see The med staff in a very timely manner. The Nurse Practitioner diagnosed issue easily and came up with treatment plan. When I left clinic, got an immediate text with link to view the discharge summary and all that was discussed . Really well run , well organized clinic, I have to say! They were also very empathetic, which I appreciated!

Brought my daughter in one night, and was greeted with smiling workers. They made my daughter feel so comfortable at the get go. We got in and out in less than an hour. Will be recommending this location to friends and family!

I called ahead of my appointment to make sure they were in-network with my insurance. The employee on the phone assured me they were. Well, not only were they NOT in network the care I received was not skilled and it cost me $500 for a 2 min visit to look at a very bad hematoma. The PA did not even touch the hematoma to assess, nor ask me a pain level or look at function of my leg or ability to walk Avoid this place at ALL costs and go across the street to Texas Medclinic where the employees will be truthful about their in-network status and will give you actual medical treatment not some PA who will glance at you and charge you $500.
