Texas MedClinic Urgent Care - Brushy Creek

I had a positive experience during my visit here for a broken foot, but I was provided a boot to wear with a pair of crutches. The tiny button on the boot that inflated it busted off after only 9 days (without being touched or messed with)! I'm supposed to wear the boot for at least 1 month, but it didn't even last 2 weeks. I also just got the bill for it, so I contacted this place to request a replacement & I was told that I will need to get a new one & still have to pay for the defective one that I have. I will NEVER come here again! How inhumane can medical professionals be?

Went in for sciatic pain that became too painful to bear without medical attention. I set an appointment for 9:30am and was seen even before then. Was quickly attended to by the lovely staff and left with prescriptions that will hopefully get me on my feet quickly.

Best urgent care experience I've ever had! Very short wait, the MA and PA on staff were very kind and thorough, and the facilities were very clean. They even called to check in with me the day after to make sure I was doing okay :)

The staff were friendly and so kind to me. They were great at explaining the process and letting me know a timeline for testing and results. Clean facility (brand new) & very personable. EDIT: I had to pay an extra $459 since my coverage wasn’t explained to me throughly. I was under the assumption that the $100 that I originally paid before being seen was going to cover my entire visit. I would have denied the X-Rays had I understood that was not accurate.

It was my best urgent care visit ever. The place was very clean and the whole process was very quick. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.
