This was a great visit! My Doctor was Ms Bynum who was absolutely wonderful! She was a very good listener and listen to everything that I had problems with which was more than most people do!! No complaints whatsoever! I highly recommend coming here for anything you have with you!

Came in today for some bloodwork, and Fred Hiller took such good care of me. He was attentive, talkative, and polite. He also ensured I had everything I needed, and no more questions before I left. I’ve been coming to this med clinic for years! They have great staff, easy check in, and great doctors!

I highly recommend Texas MedClinic on Broadway and 410. Allison was very caring and helpful regarding my son’s injury and health. She was truly amazing! Dr. Galindo was very caring, understanding and took the time to listen to my son’s concerns. He made my son feel comfortable before, during and after his visit. It’s rare, to come across medical staff who sincerely care about their patients. These 2 were/are truly a blessing. So if you’re ever needing medical care try this place out ! You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been coming to this Texas Med Clinic location for years, and the reason I’ve always returned is because of the outstanding care from physicians like Dr. Rodela, Dr. Galindo, and Dr. Wagner. They consistently demonstrate excellent bedside manner, truly listen to their patients, and practice with the professionalism and compassion that reflect their calling. They are the reason I have trusted this clinic for so long. Unfortunately, my experience today with nurse practitioner Brooke Bynum was the complete opposite. This was my first time meeting her, and based on this encounter, I would not feel comfortable referring anyone to this location as long as she is part of the staff. From the moment she entered the exam room, she appeared dismissive and uninterested in hearing my concerns. Sh

I checked my fiance in online before we arrived on Fridayafternoon. After arriving checked in again on iPad. No other patients were in lobby, staff was just sitting there. They called him back, they waited 30 minutes before they went back to see him. I had to go complain to the front desk to ask why he had not been seen yet. I told them we were going to leave and wanted a refund, at that point, the Dr heard me and got up and walked in to see him. He was suffering from severe congestion and head cold and needed antibiotics and steroids, but Dr said he would not prescribe anything unless he did a chest X-ray. My fiance refused the X-ray and left. He paid a $75 copay and did not get treated properly. We feel this Dr was trying to make more revenue for the clinic instead of being more i
