First off, I DO NOT recommend that anyone go to this establishment. This is due to many reasons, with communication with the patient as number 1 concern. Without going into detail, Patient went to this establishment after not being seen at the ER. Turns out patient had an infection. I FULLY believe that the two antibiotics that were prescribed for patient's said infection caused a negative reaction. Patient developed swelling of the legs and hands, with numbness to fingertips, feet, and large areas of the body. There was no effort to change the medication, and patients' ability to walk was severely degraded. This resulted in medication being prescribed (water pills), even though there were no signs of anything wrong with patients kidneys. This establishment claimed that the new issue w

I had spider bite on my finger that got infected. I was able to schedule a appointment on December 23 before Christmas. The staff was fast and friendly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The Doctor ( Joyce M Joseph) was caring and very professional. She was able to prescribe antibiotics and ointment for my bite. My finger is much better now and I am enjoying my Christmas Vacation. Dr. Barksdale and his staff are top notch. They are very responsive to messages left at the office or my chart. I have been going her for over a decade and will continue to trust my health care to Dr. Barksdale and his team.

The staff was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable (as always). They take the necessary time to ensure that all of your questions and concerns are properly addressed. I have been a patient of Dr. Chitambo for over 20 years and he is an awesome health care provider. This facility is HIGHLY recommended.

Texas Health Family Care has the best staff. From the moment you walk through the door to the nurses taking your vitals, the best customer service is provided. Dr. Chitambo is an excellent doctor who is kind and listens to his patients. I would recommend Texas Health Family Care to anyone.
