I strongly urge patients to avoid this dental office due to dangerous and unethical business practices. I recently became aware of a situation where a dental assistant was authorized by the doctor to impersonate them. This assistant was permitted to wear the doctor’s name badge, enter treatment rooms to discuss and formulate treatment plans with unsuspecting patients under the doctor’s name—reportedly to save time due to the doctor's schedule. This behavior constitutes practicing dentistry without a license, which is illegal, unethical, and a major patient safety hazard. This practice is reportedly under investigation. Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by the receptionist at this clinic. I called on a Wednesday to set up an emergent appointment for Friday since that was the earliest they could get me in. I called at 11 AM on Friday to confirm my 2 PM appointment since I never received any new client forms to my email or a confirmation that I even had my appointment. I was left on hold for six minutes then hung up on I called back only for the receptionist to pick up the phone and immediately placed me back on hold without even saying a word to me. I started Invisalign with them last year at a cost of close to $5k. I was on my last tray and they asked how I liked it. I told them one tooth in particular could use a little more adjusting. They told me they would put in the order for new trays. 2 months later and I’m still waiting. I started calling 2 weeks after the last appointment to see when they would get in. I booked my first appointment at this location on 12/10. Before I ever arrived, I completed the online forms per your request. On the form, it asks if you are expecting, breastfeeding, etc which I selected because I am 7 months pregnant. Upon arrival to my appointment, I was able to be checked in and seated before the receptionist made me aware that I needed medical clearance from my doctor to be seen. When I asked why I was not informed on this PRIOR to me coming in, they stated they did not check the forms until the patient arrived which is honestly dumbfounding to me.
