MedPrem Urgent Care

On 1/2/2026 I went to Medprem Urgent Care because I was seriously not feeling well. Found them on internet made my appointment online very easy process I did call wanted to make sure they where in Network for my insurance, so glad they were. I much say this was the best experience I had at an urgent care everyone there were very welcoming and sweet. Answered all my questions and concerns. It didn't take long at all to be seen after my vitals were taken. The Np that took care of me was Awesome listened to everything that was going on with me very patiently and proceeded with my examination. I Was advised of what was found in my test and exam and the medication that I needed to feel better. The facility was nice and clean very nice experience 10/10 I really appreciate Medprem Urgent Care 🙏 &

I had a wonderful experience at Medprem. They are professional and attentive, ensuring I was checked in quickly. I was treated with the utmost care throughout my visit. The staff is excellent, and the follow-up call to see how I was feeling was a really thoughtful touch!

My boyfriend took my daughter because I had to work. Not only did he say that the front office was rude and acted like they didn’t want to work, my daughter text me and said that’s the last time she wants to go to this urgent care because of how they made her feel when she was checked in. They said they didn’t have her secondary insurance which I filled out on their portal and said they needed the physical card. Their portal wouldn’t allow me to scan the physical card for the secondary. On a better note, my daughter said the doctor was very nice and listened to her. So no complaints about the doctor, just the front staff.
